Develop and recommend product marketing strategies to achieve sales target of assigned products within the framework of Business objectives.
Cooperate with Marketing Lead to develop effective data in the Indonesia office to understand customer needs, market size, market growth and competitive share position, initiate market research project if needed such as customer satisfaction survey, market potential of new products.
Establish new product planning with Marketing Lead to ensure the effective pre-marketing prior to launch.
Propose pricing for new products or price adjustment for existing products to maximize sales and gross profit.
Monitor competitive product promotion and recommend specific measures and actions to counter competitive activity.
Regularly communicate core product messages to sales team, ensure that marketing program are effectively implemented in the field by sales team.
Keep in contact and build relationships with key opinion leader to get support and build company image.
Assist the business to develop creative product specific input for the marketing plan and recommend product strategies, tactics, and promotional activities to achieve maximum market impact.
Bachelor's Degree in science or healthcare related.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing within pharmaceutical industry.
Strong Business acumen complimented by strategic thinking skills.
Genuine passion and enthusiasm for sales and the health market.
Good understanding of financial reports / budgets / sales forecasts.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
