- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar for all digital marketing channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend new strategies to enhance our digital marketing efforts.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors as needed.
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure digital marketing campaigns are aligned with the customer journey and support lead generation and sales goals.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and tactics, including email marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and experience with data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience managing external partners and vendors.
