Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Develop and maintain a content calendar for all digital marketing channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend new strategies to enhance our digital marketing efforts.
Manage relationships with external partners and vendors as needed.
Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure digital marketing campaigns are aligned with the customer journey and support lead generation and sales goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and tactics, including email marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and experience with data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience managing external partners and vendors.
